Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and any conversation history we hold. We will process your request within 30 days.
1What data we may hold about you
- •Your account information (name, email, password hash)
- •Conversation history from chatbots you’ve interacted with
- •Messages exchanged via WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, or SMS channels connected to StarsBots chatbots
- •Payment records (retained for 7 years as required by law; other data is deleted)
- •Usage logs and analytics (anonymized within 90 days)
2How to request deletion
Send an email to us
Email support@starsbots.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
Include in your email
- • The email address associated with your account (or phone number for SMS/WhatsApp users)
- • Confirmation that you want all data deleted
- • Any specific data types you want deleted (optional — we’ll delete everything by default)
Verification
We will send a confirmation email to verify your identity before proceeding with deletion.
Deletion within 30 days
Once verified, we will delete your personal data within 30 days and send you a confirmation with a deletion certificate URL.

- •Your account and all associated chatbots will be permanently deleted
- •All conversation history across all channels will be erased
- •Connected Meta channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) will be automatically disconnected
- •We will send you a confirmation email with a deletion reference number
- âš Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations
- âš This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Facebook / Meta Users
If you interacted with a chatbot via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger and want to delete your conversation data, you can either:
- •Email us directly at support@starsbots.com with your Facebook user ID or the phone number / account used to contact the chatbot.
- •Use Facebook’s built-in data deletion tools via Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information. When Meta notifies us of a deletion request, we will process it within 30 days.
